In a bid to address the unpredictable and inconsistent job market for theater professionals, Caesars Palace Times Square has entered into an expanded partnership with Actors' Equity Association and American Federation of Musicians Local 802. This partnership is a significant step towards providing a stable and lucrative employment avenue for those in the entertainment industry.

The proposed Times Square gaming destination, set to transform an existing office building at 1515 Broadway into a 992-room five-star hotel, will feature world-class gaming, entertainment venues, and restaurants. The project, backed by a strong coalition including SL Green, Caesars Entertainment, Roc Nation, and Live Nation, aims to create a comprehensive entertainment complex with eight casino floors and roughly 950 rooms.

The partnership with the unions is expected to generate substantial economic benefits, including more than $26 billion in new spending and the creation of over 23,000 union jobs. It also includes $250 million in community benefits, such as public safety initiatives and support for local institutions like the Callen-Lorde Center for Excellence in Sexual Health.

Monthly job fairs will be held at Caesars Palace Times Square, offering union members access to employment in a range of hospitality and entertainment roles. Positions available include table games dealers, bartenders, front-of-house concierges, and more. The employment opportunities at Caesars Palace Times Square are designed to be flexible, accommodating rehearsals, auditions, and performances.

Caesars Palace Times Square is committed to providing its employees with a comprehensive benefits package and will offer paid training and streamlined onboarding for specialized positions like dealers. The initiative is intended to provide stability and opportunity for theater professionals, making dealer roles accessible to Broadway workers looking to expand their skill sets.

The proposed Times Square gaming destination continues to provide flexible, high-earning employment for union members. With its monthly job fairs and commitment to union jobs, Caesars Palace Times Square is set to revitalize Times Square by attracting new tourism and boosting local businesses, leveraging strong financial backing and community support.

In the proposed Times Square gaming destination, casino-and-gambling will be a significant aspect, with eight casino floors featuring casino-games. This development, set to create over 23,000 union jobs, including table games dealers and bartenders, is part of Caesars Palace Times Square's casino-culture, aiming to provide a stable and lucrative employment avenue for theater professionals, notably in Las Vegas-style entertainment.
